What the connection does

When you connect a Google account, the application requests Google’s Business Profile management permission. It uses this access to find business accounts and locations you manage, confirm the Beauty by Suarez studio in Totowa, and read, create or update its Google Business Profile posts.

The application sends Google the saved excerpt and website link for each published article selected by the publishing process. These posts may become publicly visible on Google.

What we store

We save an encrypted Google refresh token so the connection can continue without signing in for each publishing run. We also save the selected business location’s identifier and name, connection timestamps, and publishing records, including article identifiers, Google post identifiers, content fingerprints, statuses, error codes and update times.

The content calendar also stores private article drafts, proposed publication dates, owner approvals and revision history identifiers. Automatic publishing uses a separately authorized Google connection from the manual website publishing connection. These records are stored in the website’s Sites-hosted database. Temporary sign-in records and a secure browser cookie help protect the connection process.

Who receives the information

The website administrator can view connection and publishing status. Google receives API requests and the content submitted for publication. The website’s hosting infrastructure processes the connection and stored records. When the owner connects the website to an AI writing tool, that authorized tool can read the calendar and save drafts for review. Scheduled publishing releases only approved articles whose publication time has arrived.

Revoking access and removing records

You can revoke access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically remove stored connection records or posts already published on Google. Connection and publishing records have no automatic deletion schedule in the current integration.
